- Baby Got Sole cannot be held liable for loss or damage to any order after it has been dispatched by Royal Mail or courier services, therefore we would always recommend you use 'signed for' delivery.
- All delivery timescales are approximate and those provided by the delivery services
- We cannot be responsible for any items were the courier has been unable to deliver. However we will provide a refund as soon as your item has been returned. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
- You are welcome to return any unworn items within 14 days of purchase. Please post your items back to us at the following address, please include a note with your name, order number. We receive a high number of return parcels so please ensure your note is included. We recommend returning via a tracked service to ensure we receive this safely as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 1 working day, you will receive an email to confirm this.
- Your are welcome to exchange any orders, however we will need to charge for return postage. Please return your parcel as above, stating your name, order number and the product and size you would like to exchange for. On receipt we will issue you with an invoice via email for £2 postage, once this is paid we will send out your exchange through Hermes Tracked and will receive a tracking email for this.
- You have a full 14 days from receipt of the item to return your order. Please ensure all items are unused, with labels, tags and in original packaging in the same condition as received. Also please ensure your order confirmation is returned in the package.
- All overseas sales are final and we are unable to accept returns.
